PROFILE |
| Our Philosophy |
We are committed to helping individuals develop marketable and competent NDT, welding and corrosion skills through quality training at minimum cost.
We are also committed to making industry more competitive by conducting training to solve industrial related problems.
We strive to develop new and better welding and inspection training methods and training materials to make the training available to all. |

| Types of Training |
MEITC provides the following types of training:
Nondestructive Training Courses
Designed to give a thorough understanding of theoretical principles and practical applications for each NDT method.
- Level I
- Level II
- Level III Refresher Courses
|
Welding Courses
- Complete Welding Training Program:
Designed to teach fundamental welding skills in the major processes that should be acquired before specializing in a more advanced technique. This program covers all processes and prepares the student for advanced and specialized positions.
- Welding Skill Training Program:
Designed to teach actual welding techniques and manipulative skills in each welding processes.
- Technical Training Program:
Designed to teach the theory of welding and related subjects through short courses for technical and management personnel.
- Heat Treatment Program:
Designed to impart knowledge to the participants on the practical aspects of Heat Treatment used in welded constructions.
- Hardness Testing Program:
Designed to give an understanding on the three methods of Hardness Testing ;Brinell, Vickers and Rockwell. |
Corrosion Courses
MEITC Corrosion Courses provide learning opportunities through NACE Certification Program and enhancement of skills and knowledge related to on-the-job performance. These courses are designed to improve the overall quality of work performed in the coating industry for a range of employees from field personnel, to managers to technical salesman.

| Training Methods |
MEITC has designed specific course syllabus in compliance with international standards following the timetable for each topic.
Entry Level training is skills-based, and is continually updated to reflect the best industrial practices. We follow specific performance objectives for each phase of training. Advanced training is a combination of practical with technical. Experts' training is technical-based programmed.
We use four proven strategies to teach welding and Inspection courses:
Lecture/discussion; with audio-visual aids to introduce key concepts.
Demonstration; to model proper technique.
Supervised individual practice; with one-on-one instructor coaching to give students an opportunity to incorporate new skills.
Systematic practical and written testing; to ensure that students have mastered key concepts and skills.
